Two young, highly talented and inspired chefs have teamed together to take Oklahoma’s culinary scene by storm with RED Prime Steak. Add an exhibition kitchen in Downtown Oklahoma City’s grand Historic Buick building. Heighten it all with the inspired modern vision of renowned architect and 2006 Interior Design Hall of Fame inductee Rand Elliott, and you have a recipe for a runaway sensation. Keith and Heather Paul opened their popular Cheever’s Café in 2000 and followed with Iron Starr Urban BBQ in 2002. Both are unique restaurants housed in charming historic Oklahoma City structures, embraced by residential neighbors, the State Capitol Complex, OKC and Oklahoma Health Center.
